Rubcorp Distribution LLC provides training, support, and distribution in the rubber surfacing industry through North American and various non-domestic countries across the globe. Engaging installation and distribution partners, we endeavor to improve jobsite productivity and increase contractor opportunity by gaining market share in the rubber surfacing industry.
Our President, Brian Field has more than 20 years of experience in the construction technology, construction management, and contracting industries. He entered the rubber surfacing industry in 2012 as an entrepreneurial immigrant from Canada. Rubber surfacing was a new and promising industry with an insignificant footprint relative to the flooring and surfacing market.
Aggressively engaging the opportunity, Brian found his footing in 2014; establishing branches that included California, Texas, Delaware, and Calgary. He grew earnings year over year by more than 80% almost entirely focused on the installment of rubber surfacing. While Brian has provided residential customers with lifetime solutions for their diverse surfacing needs, his high-profile commercial projects are what led to his ascension as an authority in the rubber surfacing industry. He has been the driving force and manager of hundreds of high-profile projects.

Establishing Rubcorp Distribution LLC in the fall of 2018, Brian made the decision to pivot his strategic engagement of the rubber surfacing industry by focusing on supporting installation companies rather than competing against them.
Driven on the dual motivation of grabbing unexplored market share, and a desire to be a source of growth for contractors across North America; Brian has repositioned himself and the organization to be the premier source of rubber surfacing components.
